strange problem in WHMCS

i installed WHMCS on some test server for some other website yesterday
today i loged in was checking somethings ther (how the interface didnt touch anything) and i got after few secounds this warning:
"Down for Maintenance
An upgrade is currently in progress... Please come back soon..."
I didnt do any upgrades O_o
