Does anyone offer a test DL file on a 2gbps+ network? Looking to test my new networking setup.

Lol, I get ~150KB/s from that at home. 15.8MB/s from steam.
Linux mirrors often have their connection speed written. Ex:

Maybe individual connections are limited for some, or they are over-utilized, and you won't use of the full speed, though.
