Hi folks. thanks for all comments rendering to our services. We are a true Indonesian, and this is our leap of extension to be part of Indonesia Business Community. As of an Indonesian, we do benefit from the capability in offering variety of services, for instance: colocation and dedicated sever. and able to escort you on a site survey to see whether what we wrote here is the same as to when you visit us (such as the backbone, bandwidth, spec of servers, etc.).
AFAIK, CBN and most of other ISP/Telcos in Indonesia uses Matrix as their IX transit (No.2 largest peering in Indonesia, after Telkom). They buy IPLC or IP Transit or sort of it. But somehow, in today's business practice, there're lot of false claims regarding bandwidth. Let say they told you that they have 10G upstream, but when you visit them, they have only 1 copper Cat 5 cabling as their backbone, using Mikrotik RB1100. So you have to experienced yourself.
@tommy, apart from what I've explained above, the ping won't give you any clue on how would the bandwidth really performs. Well... you can do traceroute and you'll really notice that we use Cisco L3 switch

While im sure they have good support for international client, it is a great advantage for Indonesian since they are mostly are native speak engineers for Indonesian.

Network Quality for Indonesian & Singapore people.
So far i only test the network quality based on People Teamspeak Connection because i use this VPS to host Teamspeak Server.
Also other reason why i choose @winnervps because i believe they know what they do and really professional at it
@winnervps It seems there is only 1 international link and all traffic passes through the US for US, Canada and Europe. My tests showed most if not all traffic went to California and then to Indonesia, even if from say London or Germany at major peering points. Is this the case or is there also a link to Europe?

We use MCSIX upstream ASN55818, as stated above There are PCCW, Tata, NTT and HE in the blend. Tata would be the major transit for EU and UK.

If you are at Jakarta, i can assist you in entering the room. One said: Seeing is believing!
International's torture cost lots. If you are a dedicated user, yes I can manage to have you on a big BW. But on a VPS, there will be a capped, trespassing the limit. So it is more useless than coming into efforts just to relieve your curiosity.
We do encourage you to use our SG server if you need heavy IX traffic or doing GRE tunnel to your SG VPS (as already stated above).
There is Windows. But the deal is out of LET range of allowed pricing.
How do I know your network is the best by looking into your hardware?

If I told you we have a 10G upstream would you believe it? So, you knew already then.
I believe you have seen many (majority -at almost 90%) of the equipment inside are mostly telcos and ISP owned (such as DWDM, TDM, STM). 10% are servers (and only those who are registered companies in Indonesia with complete legal things could only enter or sign contract with them). CBN utilize NAPinfo for International Transit routed via Singapore using MCSIX, that's why you'll noted almost the same latency. We benefit routing loss by 1 ms, because we are at the edge of the transmission at Plaza Kuningan (before going through the Matrix Jakrta - Singapore cable).
The downside would be they have only a small compartment, measuring 90cm depth (normally 110cm) for server. That would be the downside. But you'd not be able to have such premium international connection elsewhere, in this range of price.
WE are not here to convince you to switch side. We give the VPS for FREE for Indonesian. The VPS isn't our business, that is the truth sad fact. We are entitled to sell the VPS to test the IX things on behalf of our clients.
