Looking for Dedicated Server
Hi guys, anyone in the mood to offer me the following?
Intel Xeon e12** (4 cores with HT)
16GB DDR3 ECC RAM
2x1TB SATA3 RAID 1 (SW raid) - WD RE4 preferable
1x120GB SSD (Intel/Samsung)
1Gbps (5-10 TB Monthly)
1xcPanel (VPS-Internal) license
Location: US (With good ping to Asia), please provide test IP.

DDOS protection
Will try for a month or two, and then pay yearly/half yearly and be a long time customer. So, please quote half-yearly/yearly rates as well.
Budget: I currently pay $90 monthly for the above.

Going to be used for shared hosting, so, should be able to give reasonable time (24 hours) to fix/respond to abuse reports (spam, etc.), instead of terminating/suspending outright.

@Ernie - HVH would be a good bet. HudsonValleyHost are the upstream to a number of shared/ vps hosts so they won't suddenly suspend your service.
If you're willing to pay a little more: IOFlood are excellent.
Do you take in consideration and Europe providers? If so then we have Unmetered Traffic and DDoS Protection included to all servers.
What are you doing?
If your willing to raise your budget a bit I can do a 1270v3 with 10Gbps ddos protection and the requested spec
