Help to review my VPS Website

Hey guys, I have just launched my VPS hosting company. I need some comments and feedback on my website http://www.gigavest.com/

Appreciate it if you can help to navigate around the website and provide some advice on improvments.

Thanks,
Eric

  • Firstly links are no follow here so you wont get any free SEO

Secondly most links are dead on your site, only thing that worked was two pages, no SSL cert on client area.

Could maybe re-word a few sections, apart from that wasnt much content to comment on.

  • hi Ashley, Many thanks on you comment. Will work on those area highlighted ;)

  • A little allergic on the "unlimited bandwidth" part. No Acceptable Use Policy? TOS link (and everything on the same row) broken. Facebook link... Year 2013? LookingGlass not installed. Subscribe button brings me to some 404 page...

...that's when I realize its just a theme you bought.

Mmmm, contact address is across the border, nice. Hardly see anyone starting up VPS businesses in Malaysia. Good luck!

Hi masterqqq, yes we are a registered company in Malaysia.

I have been spending a lot of time on the backend setup. We have all type of engineers in our team but lack of web designing experience.

    Many thanks for your time

Hi tommy, everything was done in our office lab. When the configuration are done and tested ,we then duplicate it to our production servers. Setting up KVM and Solusvm on backend does not required a working domain name.

Yes the domain was registered after config was done and tested.

I would like to offer you a test VPS to prove that we are genuine.

No thanks, most of provider I know will secured domain name before testing anything :) how long you have test on lab? 1 or 2 day?

This is new for me. Cant wait for the offer but I'll not order from you.

Why do you have 2 different WHMCS installs for one company? That's extremely weird and confusing.

About the design: Too bold colors with inconsistency.

Colors are not matching to go seamlessly with one another. See Subscription part.

Maybe, if one clicks on button and the bottom shadow is removed, it would give a sense of being pressed.

If you / your team just started to code/ design. Good attempt.
But not a production ready design unfortunately.

    not a cheap price.

    zxhost offered about $20/y with 120G HDD, 6TB traffics @ 100mbit, 1GB ram and 1Core.(https://zxhost.co.uk/let.html)

now is out of stocked but i think their vps is quiet good.
if you can offer the same product, i would like to purchase.
