Providers That Resell Steadfast or ServerCentral?

I am convinced that Steadfast.net and ServerCentral.net have the best networks in the Chicago area. Maybe you disagree, but I love their networks. They are both on the pricey side and rightfully so. They are the best. I am needing a smaller cheaper unmanaged VPS for a client. Client wants best network in Chicago which is one of these 2. Are there any resellers that would offer a cheaper VPS on one of these networks?

I think http://hostvenom.com uses Steadfast.net
Please correct me if I am wrong.
I am looking for more options and am having trouble finding other resellers.
