What's wrong with your current provider?

$30 per year, I don'the think the budget is right for VPS, more likely for shared hosting. If everything is legit what's wrong with $7 per month, as some providers do deals on lowendtalk?

    2€/month biennially, 1.9GHz, 1TB HDD, 1GB RAM, 4TB bw, 400Mbps @ time4vps (LTU). There's also a plan 2x price and specs, if you really need more RAM.

  • @mast3r -- can i install my own iso ?

Obviously you can't since they utilize OVZ, and they don't allow torrents too as far as I remember.

For those who are looking to download torrents, it may be worth getting a VPN with port forwarding, and then connecting it to your VPS.

Might be a tad easier to find a storage VPS, then a storage VPS that allows torrents.

  • Yes, serverwala can provide you this this specification at this price. You can check there deals www.serverwala.org .

If you read their ToS, it's pretty clear that they allow P2P if it's not illegal material.

@toptrade: No, but they will be launching KVM line in the summer, so if the need for custom ISOs is a deal breaker, might want to check it out then.

You don't need a storage vps that allows torrent...

You need a cheap openvz VPS with fuse enable and good bandwith and only that should allow torrents

The budget for the project is too small, unless some kind of DreammakerVPS or SummerVPS provider able to sell such VPS at loss, good luck to OP to find.

Is that a recurring discount, since you said /year. I see one time discount in the order form.

    First invoice only

Applies to all payment cycles. Sorry for not clarifying in prior post!

You mean it's not recurring, ie, at the start of 2nd year (when I have to pay for 2nd year) it would be back to full price?

Also, your AUP at http://virpus.com/aup.php is broken: clicking on the "arrow" icons at the end of each item header doesn't open up the item contents. Can you please send a link to a working AUP?

    Thanks!

This seems wrong. Went to https://www.time4vps.eu/pricing/ to check, and the 2€/month biennially plan (called the "M Plan") has 80GB HDD. Or am I reading it wrong?
