ZetaTCP alternative?
Hi,
a lot of people seem to be using serverspeeder to improve their experience with bad ISPs / high packetloss.
Is there anything open source that can be used in such scenarios? Some recommend hybla as the default TCP congestion control, but I don't see why that would improve things.
