DrServer should be good for you. I'm using their XenStorage service, didn't have any issues.

Edit: Not KVM, but Xen. Shouldn't be any difference.

I'm fine with Xen (HVM only) as well. Thanks for the suggestion :)

Not an expert on this, but you can install windows on that, so that should be Xen HVM right?

It seems ZXPlay's LET DE and CA plans are both out of stock, but LET France $23/year 1GB/120GB KVM (aff link) is still available. They used to offer a DE KVM SSD pool, 1GB/80GB SSD with a couple of IPv4 for $44/year in DE (Frankfurt), it might be still available too. Use LET16 code for recurring 10% off.

prometeus/iwstack in NL comes to mind, their smallest storage pool is 120GB at 3,90 € p.m. but they used to have a 30% promo lately...

I've added a bit more stock for our 100G plan.

    • 2 Shared Cores
    • 512 MB RAM
    • 100GB Disk
    • 500GB Bandwidth @ 1 Gbps
    • 1 IPv4
    • XenHVM
    • Dallas, TX / Incero
    • $20/year
    • Order

Let me know if you have any questions or simply open a ticket.

Only their France location is in stock now, as has been already said above. I suppose they can change a location assuming that they have availability at desired point. Their DE KVM SSD plans are available too.

If Los Angeles is okay with you, send me a PM. I can offer you this at a good price.

You may directly ask @AshleyUk (ZXHost) or @harisp (PieLayer) whether they have something appropriate available and can do a custom plan for your. I have totally three KVMs with them in Frankfurt, DE (ZXHost Telehouse, PieLayer Accelerated). Hosts are running reliably and support is good.
