[Request] Dedicated server - 60$ price range

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for somebody who can provide a dedicated server.
Location: I prefer USA
CPU: I prefer a quad core
Ram: 32GB
ip's : I would like /28

Does somebody know a company that can provide that for me?

I did some homework and so for a I found:
servermania (mixed reviews)
quadix (to much bad reviews)
(if I can't post names of companies I am sorry I will remove them or an admin can do this ofcourse.)
