[solution]]WHM / cPanel, bug with the display of "Cron Jobs"

I have a server with WHM / cPanel, and I have a problem with "Cron Jobs".

I configured cron to account, it still works.

The problem is that when I go into the account, it shows me

No Cron Jobs

When a cron job is added was this message

You (user) are not allowed to use this program (crontab)
See crontab(1) for more information.

I had problems with servers running CentOS 7, not with CentOS 6.

Here is the solution for this pronlèmes:

This connect via SSH and run

rpm --setperms cronie
