CPanel/ WHM reseller backup, suggestion?

I recently got a hostgator reseller account. I have 10 clients whose data is stored. HostGator offers only weekly backup; which is charged to restore. So, I am looking for automated cPanel/ WHM reseller account backup solutions which can backup my clients data on a rotating basis on my FTP server.

Any suggestions? I have a spare KS1 server with 500GB hdd which I want to utilize for my backups.

We offer nightly Bacula backups with free restores... just sayin'

I do have a few customers using WHMEasyBackup as a second layer of protection- no complaints from any of them.

We use that - but that'd require root access to be installed in the first place.

I've seen a number of clients using WHMEasyBackup as well, which seems to have worked well for them. I can't vouch for how it works or how well it does it - but so far, I've heard of no issues.

Thank you All. I did lookat WHMEasyBackup . It looks good, but, there is a slight concern I have when the script is ioncube encoded. I am little skeptical about using a script with encoded information.

I dont mind paying a few bucks to someone who can write me a custom script to backup my customers cpanel accounts to KS server with backup rotation and something which can show the current status of what backups are done/ available for download.
