I grabbed one and kept having slight issues with putty and it disconnecting randomly. Other then that seems to be working good, though oozzes overselling.

I believe I know who you are. You ordered a VPS in Dallas correct? I believe Roel is right, since Dallas is a new location we launched today it is impossible for it to "ooze oversell" because as of right now there are only a few active customers in our Dallas location, because we just opened this new Dallas location some hours ago.
This is most likely a problem with your ISP. Please send in a ticket with a traceroute or MTR if you would still like further assistance in this regard.

ISP = California Education Network, just slight random disconnects, and it seemed more like it was coming from the VPS and not the network connection.
The ozzes overselling comes from how cheap the deal is.
This is OpenVZ? I don't think you mention it anywhere (here or your site).
Yeah, well, we keep our servers stable and like I said Dallas is a new location we only launched today, so you are on a new node with only a few other clients right now. I would prefer we stick to facts rather than assuming.
I still haven't gotten a ticket from you with a traceroute and/or MTR. A quick network test on a Dallas server yields the full 1Gbit:

We do not offer servers in Buffalo. However that is where ColoCrossing is headquartered. They offer different branches across the world and Los Angeles is a datacenter location they offer. We have our Los Angeles servers through ChicagoVPS. This does not mean we are reselling them, as we have our own equipment. WeLoveServers simply uses our equipment on their network and racks as they provide better pricing than ColoCrossing direct. I am sure this is because they are a large customer and receive better discounts.
