Does anyone know https://vps.bitnodes.io/? It looks like the plans are a lot like Linode's plan, like the locations and the network inbound/unbound bandwidth.
I think it's some Linode's reseller?

Any help would be great.

He meant that the website owner should spend $1k USD to buy a SSL from Symantec to secure their website instead of use the free one which works as same as the SSL from Symantec.

vps.bitnodes.io website is hosted on a hetzner server, might a hetzner reseller.

Yes Sir, you are right, but as far as I know, Hetzner doesn't offer any other location outside Germany!
