So that the OP doesn't say this i'll say it for him: That is because Cloudlinux doesn't display the correct limits, i've opened a support ticket to provider so they can fix the memory limit so it shows 20GB, because otherwise GoogieHost is a scam!!!!!

Oh and btw for those that believe that the OP has a paid plan remember this: The paid plans redirect to Interserv so I HIGHLY DOUBT that interserv would have a node called cloud.googiehost.com.

i've already setup the free vps for everyone but when i try to accept the order it returns in an error
i've contacted whmcs and they gave me a patch to fix it.
i'll setup them again in a few minutes only :-)
