As well I noticed Scaleway accept only Credit Cards, no PP. Its not suitable for everyone.
@Clouduru - sorry for the late reply. I had some issues with OVH with several dedicated servers in the past and I avoid them ever since. It is a personal problem that I have with them. I did not work with OVH re-sellers directly yet.
