You can increase to GigE for $25/month, thats the next step up (and available on the order form).
OS reloads for linux typically are free, for the first 30 days - after than an OS re-install fee of $25 may apply (if its non custom, linux based, which are automated - we typically do not charge, but customized installs, or windows based ones - we do charge every time due to the time involved since the server is sold at/below cost we have to cover the time for any additional work). You can also add IPMI / DRAC for remote out of band management letting you install remotely without having to work through us for a re-install in any fashion.
