Any reviews on Kimsufi BHS? (Or comparison with FR datacenters)

Hi all:

I wanna buy a KS-2C or KS-3C at Kimsufi. Not quite sure about which datacenter to choose. Any reviews on Canada and France datacenters?

The BHS one recently had some reliability issues due to not enough redundancy in its network infrastructure (optical fiber connections to the upstreams).

However I'd say the choice should primarily depend on where you are located (if it's just a personal server) or where most of your visitors are.

In my experience, RBX > GRA > SBG > BHS.

DCs in France seem to have better peering / connectivity and stability to the rest of the world.

GRA is stable, except the Routing issue last time.

Well, not that related to my location. I will use CDN.
What I wanna know is the reliability and stability.
