Look at ArubaCloud for your 1gb VPS. It should meet your requirements. They are very cheap and really stable. I have 2 vps'es with them (first for 3months, second for 2months) and 0 downtime. Remember that, they are not OVZ. They are VMWare.
For your second VPS I'd recommend you delimeter, iKoula or NeedAssistant. @markturner
