World Backup Day - Free CloudBerry Backup for Mac OS X & Linux Pro License

Hi,

Just saw this via a newsletter and I thought I'd share it with everyone since I haven't seen any threads about it. CloudBerry is offering their backup solution for Mac / Linux for free. The offer is valid only from March 31st to April 7th, 2016.

Offer page is here : http://www.cloudberrylab.com/world-backup-day-2016.aspx

I have already registered for a license and got it. Haven't tested their product yet.

  • Thanks. :D

  • So it's just a GUI backup client to S3 / Google Drive ?

Looks like it. And a lot more supported backends.

  • Looked at their product but given the arbitrary 1TB limit they impose to force you to upgrade if you want more than that I won't use it.... If I'm using my own backup space I expect to be able to backup as much data as I have space for.

Does this product enable a full and flawless VPS migration from OpenVZ to Xen ?
