How? IPV6 Proxy

Hi guys!
I am have a big problem for me.

I wanna a lot of IPv6 Proxy.
Let's check. I need :

  • VDS
  • Authorization via ipv4, followed by distribution tunnels ipv6.
  • Script. It will assign specific ports certain IP. In addition, the right to ask for input. (Don't have this).

Am i Right?
I need Proxy IPV6 (login:password).
Anybody can help me?

    may be what i understand is you need a ipv6 squid proxy with mysql and user authentication
