Ticket ID? you asked the support to setup your VPS? that's not going to happened, if you open the ticket with sales we made it clear that our sales not 24/7 online.as well as we have setup time. All order @ 27th has been setup in 28th morning and all orders @ 28th has been setup in 29th morning.
