Owning IPv4

Since many here own IPv4 I was wondering if people sell in terms of /24s from whomever I've asked they said they said /22 to be sold, i'd however like to buy in above blocks. ARIN RIPE or anywhere is fine.

You can register for RIPE LIR and get a /22, it doesn't matter where you're from as they accept anyone (foreign individuals and companies). It is most definetely the cheapest way to "own" a /22. Market prices are a lot higher.
