The CPU is very weak (Source : cpubenchmark.net
898), and if Plex needs to transcode audio or vídeo, the CPU doesnt have power.

At the time i am testing the Time4vps that you have advised, using the 1TB, 1gb ram, 1 core, its nice but i would prefer 2 cores instead of 1, but i am still looking.

    CPUbenchmark is useless.

the C2350 will transcode 1 stream easily (tried it myself)

I think that 4 Xeon vcores are more powerfull than the 2 core C2350.

If you think that any VPS provider other than the few who offer dedicated cores will let transcode with your vcores you're fooling yourself. Even a RaspberryPi can transcode audio, I don't see why C2350 couldn't do it.
