Iwstack issues?

Has something just gone bang over at iwstack/prometeus?
Vm is down, site took a while to load.
Managed to get into the control panel as cloudstack shows it as running but can't seem to load the console.
Anyone else?

I have one instance on Milan - KVM node no issues..which node are you in?
One down for me since past 25 minutes. Shows Starting and now stopped. Booted it again , lets see what happens.

Can't reach their main site(site is back), instance is marked as Running but have no access to console. MILANO zone KVMMILANO is where mine is, Tried forcing a stop via cloudstack but that failed with an exception, guessing somethings died then.
+1, same experience. Hopefully they get it sorted soon.
DC1 or DC2?
I think the KVM stuff is DC1 and XEN is DC2 so DC1

Answer I got from support was someone in the DC powered down the wrong rack.

Clearly Highly available doesn't include a racks worth of nodes going offline :-( Which is a little concerning.
True... Ordered the service mainly because of HA and it's not the first time this is happening
Indeed if you discount self caused incidents (e.g messing with the network config on my routers, or upgrading hardware) I think my box in co-lo has been more reliable.

Mine wasn't but then It looks like the stop command I tried when it was down got processed so it got shutdown when the node came back up
