Not true, or partially. The German OVH subsidiary allows the transfer between two accounts.
Are you sure they allow SYS transfer? There is no such option in the control panel, and when I asked in the ticket, they said they allow transfer for OVH only.
For OVH Germany (DE,AT,CH,LI,LU) very sure. As I transferred already three servers.
