weloveservers.net not professional. bad service

Very unhappy with service. Transfer sites to hoswinds, eventually sites for 9 days available! Open 2 ticket, no answers. In hostWinds hosting said that migration is not gone! What advise do? I need a backup account, but their data, I can not go to cpanel

    Spend a bit more and don't buy from shitty providers next time. Also, keep your own backups.

    Good luck with getting a backup from them... but prepare for the worst.
