It is not a VPS almost the whole server sold for $7/mo.

@qhoster If anybody is not able to use resources (not counting during node abuse or being abusive to the node) i will move them somewhere else.
Xen was guaranteed resources, OpenVZ doesn't.
The link to raise a new ticket; The 'My Tickets' page says 'My Support Tickets Submit and track any enquiries with us here...' but there's submit link to be found; you also can't raise it from within thee service screen either. It's slightly unintuitive to only have it on the client area homage.
Oh well I'm overhauling the organization of that whole thing at some point, but thank you for the feedback and it will certainly be referred to and considered.
This 4GB RAM/200GB HD offer doesn't even come close to giving away "almost the whole server for $7".
The definition of "almost the whole server" was the 10GB RAM/1TB HD/8 unthrottled cores (on a Kimsufi 24G Xeon W3530 with 24GB RAM) plans DixHost used to offer for $20 until OVH pulled the plug on their business last year.
