Just filled it out.
I did it as well, and I said no. However if you must defile my vision with shared hosting do give it a category of its own so I can mentally filter it.
Edit: Also, I feel that the require them to have had VPS offers thing + no "unlimited" bullshit is important and shouldn't even be under consideration to not do them.
