Dedicated servers in Europe with multiple IP's

Looking for a dedicated server in Europe for around €30, $35 £25.

Needs multiple IP's so that I can run VPS's from it, 8GB at least and not cost a fortune with setup fees.

Anywhere in Europe is okay but the UK would be preferable.

Around £30 including IP's

Would like to pay once for them instead of monthly though

how many IP's do you want? considering majority of the time the IP's are £1/ + vat each.

I don't think you'd find a server for £30 with multiple IP's

Though, I have an E3 / 14GB ram / 1TB disk for £35/mo, of which it comes with 5 IP's 4 usable.

We offer dedicated servers in the UK however as @rmlhhd said the budget is on the low side.
