$150 for a glorified extension cable?
I mean I would buy one off ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/301877024027 but the shipping would take to long and the PDU I am currently renting will be taken away Friday so I need it by Friday which is why I am looking for something locally.
Can't you buy it off the same company you used to rent it from ? Seems a safe bet, will save you time, even if you have to pay them a bit more.
They ran out for the next month and someone already paid for the one I have so my due take for them to take it is Friday.
$96 with Prime shipping, could be there Friday: http://www.amazon.com/Tripp-Lite-PDUV20-Outlet-Vertical/dp/B001GKY6NU/
14 ports so less than you asked, but the one you linked from eBay is also 14 ports.
http://www.amazon.com/CyberPower-PDU20MVT20F-20-Outlets-Metered-Distribution/dp/B003KBB1ZO/ this one's 20 ports, also available with Prime.
Just picked up one from ebay for $60 bucks and its local phew though I would never find one.
24 ports on a 110v 20A input isn't going to be a good plan.
When you derate that 20A to 16A, it means you only have 0.67A per socket (70w)

Only going to have 6 servers or so on it though.
