storage box
Hey guys,
I know it is maybe the 100th storage box request but I have a special need and I dont want to ask at all providers.
For now I need only 50gb hdd and it must be upgradeable in the next weeks.
I will use it for storing graphical content and streaming them.
Location doesnt matter, but the ping should be good to europe (DE, AT, CH).

On our platform the vdisk of a new vm is 50gb space and you can add when you want another vdisk from 1gb to 2 tb.
France, Deutshland and netherlands locations are available in europe.
This is definitely "not OK"

"storing graphical content and streaming them" This would not be allowed by most of them due to abuses involved in it.
i might download it and upload to youtube.
It will be published for educational and news reporting purposes. I want to give the viewer a status report from places like Syria, Iraq, etc. This will include also videos from Isis and other rebels.
Streaming usually needs a lot of bandwidth and by default storage VPSs are not meant to be used for streaming, that's it apart the content.
You should take a look at KVM VPSs allowing streaming or a small dedicated.

Do you need a lot of CPU for the streaming? I'd just get a Kimsufi.
If someone gets offended by the videos he might decided to try to DDoS.
Mp4 files, 90% are 360 or 480p. It is a site from scratch, for now I wont need a lot of resources, but with the time.
On the site will be a disclaimer and also a contact formular, if somebody (private person will be ignored) wants some videos to get removed
