IntenseVPS: VPS offline, no support.
Does anybody else here on LET have got a KVM VPS from @IntenseVPS?
Since two days my VPS does not boot because there is no HDD attached anymore?!
I opened a high priority ticket but did not receive any response at all yet (>24 hours).
They claim to provide 99.99% uptime on their website.
But how do they want to povide that if they just do nothing on actual outages?
In the past their support was very slow, too.
I submitted a ticket to request a IPv6 prefix (/48-56) in November last year. They still haven't delivered it. Last statement was that they are waiting to get one from Severius. I myself really cannot imagine that a DC takes months to assign you a larger IPv6 prefix (we are talking about something like /44-56, i.e. one step larger than /64).
Instead the tickets get closed every week, I re-open them, nothing happens, they close it again, and so on.
Does anybody else here have similiar trouble with @IntenseVPS?
For me this looks a bit like yet another dying LET provider who grabbed our money and is now running away...
Or is it just me?

Constantvps.com was recently taken over by Vultr.com
o_o 5 months for IPv6 assignment !
My Windows VPS is unable to boot since last 10 days. No reply to ticket since last three days. I think it's time to initiate a PayPal dispute.
I think your experience with IntenseVPS will be as promised ... intense
I think its time to move on if your server is down for 10 days and no reply.
This thread deserves some more seriousness.
Okay, lets stick to the facts then: given the fatness and the breathing of the cat, she is more lucky catching mice/birds than the people here catching a proper VPS.
