UK Node is down! I've made a ticket over 24hrs ago, no one gives a fuck!
I saw both node and your VPS is online ... may be there was a network restart as far as i know ... and about support, actually we are getting huge orders from spammers/abusers because of our price range and we are making our FraudRecord module more hassle free and eye catching so such orders can be handled easily.
But we are still really sorry for late support ... hope within next day all of our issues related to support will be fixed ...

Yes, It was offline. Even SolusVM shows node is offline. I manually had to boot my server. BTW it's OK now.
probably, but it happens multiple time. my vps is ok for last 14hrs 17min, so not a problem anymore.
