Thank you for that. I made the mistake of only checking Incero's facebook as Wable's twitter hasn't been updated since July of 2015

This 12-24 hour outage matches up nicely with the 18 hour outage they had in the same location last month. Top quality service.
Welcome to OVH fiber club. PREMIUM
They always down welcome to ovh bhs runner up.
As @simonindia said: "WABLED!"
Which fibre is cut in New York? Which building is affected?
welcome to the hell.
This is "Cloud". So rain has to be expected. I just hope they won't charge us for it.
GTT (NYC nodes bandwidth) has advised;
"The Vendor maintenance is on-going. The vendor has confirmed this is a 24 hour maintenance from 4th March at 9 PM Eastern to 5th March at 9 PM Eastern. However, our vendor advised they expect services to be restored by 3 PM Eastern time - so in approximately 6 hours service should be restored."
This is causing the outage in NYC. No maintenance notice was ever received however.
NYC is down, we suggest restoring your snapshot (wable.com/snapshots) to Dallas or Seattle, or waiting 12-24 hours for the fiber cut in NYC to be fixed.
You should have checked if your services got terminated, just in-case, you know?
does the DC operate out of a residential location or something?
Are you saying that they are single homed with GTT in NY? I wouldn't have thought so. Incero seems to be good at delivering a blend of operators.
It looks that way based on what they posted on their FB page
Latest from Wable - this is not an outage, it's a feature. Get your VPS out of the NYC hustle and bustle. Pack it off to Seattle, to see the sites, then on to Dallas. All part of the service, baby!
It came back up around 3 hours ago, totalling about 18 and a half hours of downtime.
Moved all my VPSs from NYC to Dallas after the last outage (fiber cut?), once I realized that NYC didn't have redundant networks. Been solid there since the move.
why do they even keep the NY location if they are not going to put the investment in it to even have a redundant network ?
If you are a customer please tell them that and pleaae report back
You are mean!
To whoever asks, just make sure you backup all your data on those Wable VPSs beforehand.
Don't make teacher mad.
You wouldn't like when teacher get MAD.
According to Wable support, the February outage was a fiber cut too.
That's extremely hard to believe.
