Datashack ..
So, I ordered a new server from Datashack during the afternoon. I got it provisioned pretty fast and ran a few tests. I noticed that I was getting some low download/upload speeds.
I opened a ticket and it appears that I'm on a 100mbps port instead of 1gbps. No big deal I told myself, getting the right port speed shouldn't take long.
I was wrong.
I was told that the level 2 support already left for the weekend and won't be back before monday to fix this. It wasn't even 5PM.
Damn, I should have gone with Dacentec.
