I checked out the XINIX website and find it pretty strange that almost all of their dedicated server webpages are 404'ing. Makes me want to run, very far away.

Hostigation looks alright. I'd go as far as to say that the picture (with proper AR) even lends some character to the site.
However, the one I pointed out above just seems like a rushed job which could be relatively easily fixed, considering the fact that the owner of the website offers website development services as well.
If I were to solicit business through my own website, I'd ensure that my site looks decent enough to put a prospective client at ease and at least convey the idea that I know what I am talking about, at least on my own website.
