DDoS protection details:
We have the capacity to mitigate attacks up to 80Gbps. Please do note that the guaranteed protection capacity is ~20Gbps. Attacks over the size are mitigated on a best effort basis.
We can protect from all common forms on Layer 3 and 4. These could include UDP, spoofed forms (such as NTP, CHARGEN, SSDP etc), ICMP, SYN and various TCP types.
If an incoming attack exceeds the capacity available at a certain period, your /32 may be nullrouted automatically. Your IP will automatically be released within 20 minutes, unless the attack is still ongoing. Many factors account for the available capacity, depending on the source of the attack and the intensity.
In example - If most of the attack is directed a single upstream, then the IP may be nullrouted at that particular upstream.
Payment methods:
We accept PayPal, Bitcoin and credit or debit cards via 2CheckOut.

Comments
Is the 1 core dedicated to you? 50% of it?
We do not limit CPU usage, so you may use up to 100% of the single core at certain points.
However, the CPU cores will eventually be shared with multiple virtual machines (limitation of SolusVM) depending on the applications other users run.
If you run constant 100% 24x7, and affect other clients, then we may be required to ask you some questions.
Are you against irc in general or just irc eggdrops?
You can run any common form of IRC on the virtual server. It is no problem.
Just no malicious use of IRC, such as remote controlling.
