Yes, I'd say they're okay in the past, but since their sales support is non-existent unless you already bought something, and the fact that they delete negative comments on Facebook let me stay away from them.

Tech support was ok when I were with them last year, sub 10min replies.

Although that was with servdiscount, webtropia is another case.

You'd rather go with Hetzner, ip-projects or others who colo their stuff in Frankfurt.

Also expect the data center to be fully down every ~6 months.
