after some conversation with there support,here's the information i got.
1.For old account they are only able to transfer 10€ of credit.
2.It's a new system and credits only last for 10 months.

I have had big credit there nearly 45€ was remaining, now all gone, and people at cloudxtiny they dont reply my mails... so i have learned my lesson, never prepaid big amounts...

Probably it's the same company and just trying to steal money. The website is the same and even the title says "dedify.com"

This is what came to mind as well =\ Need new revenue since the credit paid in wasn't enough to keep things going so expiring it and force people to top up again.
