How to configure Windows with multiple IP as source?

Hi,

I am stuck at the configuration for this case so I decided to post here to ask for help.
I have a Windows VPS that has only 1 NIC but 2 IPs. Just call the 2 public IPs are IP1 and IP2.

I want to setup 2 accounts on the VPS: Admin1 and Admin2 so that when I logged into my VPS with account Admin1, it will send out the packet with Source IP is IP1. And if the Admin2 account is logged, the Source IP will become IP2.

I would like to ask if it's possible to do that on windows? If yes, please guide me a little bit. Thanks!
