Which network in mainland China are you talking about? The trace rout from China Telecom to that test IP shows it goes to LA first. And there are a few of more hops than the route to my boxes in LA and Phoenix. And the ping tests also reflect the longer distances. Does anyone have real experience with the connection speed?

On AS38001 NewMedia Express, same network as on dediserve's Singapore cloud. Great connectivity especially to mainland China thanks to Alan's network blend.

It seems LDN-128 comes with 1Gbps port, anyone can confirm it?

Is it possible to setup a website within nat ipv4? The only way I know is using ipv6 with cloudflare.

Ordered one, paid still not active.

Provisioning was held for a couple of hours over some of our nodes whilst we carried out maintenance & updates. All pending orders have now been deployed.

Facebook was absurdly slow yesterday. Was better today, probably because Akamai re-routed some stuff. But yes, 4 cables were broken.

    ~ > CASE : SOLVED

    @QuadHost, @i83:
Your IPv4 is private IP, not public.
Try to include "private IPv4" for every package that use private IP (main).
For this time, I always use serial console to access my own container.
Can you provide me public IPv4 with NAT port?

    Glad you got it resolved.

Each Internal IP is mapped to a set of ports on the hypervisor IP (shared IP) details of how to confirm your shared IP is sent in every welcome message, an article can also be found in our KB.

Provision time: less than 2 minutes.

Resource Optimized: MySQL+Nginx+PHPFPM (Only 37% of memory).

Low-latency: Under 125ms (using mobile broadband).

100GB/mo is more than enough for devops purpose.

    Rate: ★★★★★ (5/5) (changed to 5/5 for availability/uptime expectation)

All is good, I hope it comes with at least 99% uptime.

@coreflux so in other words: all good, 4/5?

  • @i83 @quadhost What is your stance on DMCA notices for a non-US VPS, specifically London?

Also, the looking glass for RBX is down. http://lg-rbx-fr.quadhost.net/.

    Actually, is just unreachable.

DMCA wouldn't directly apply. However the UK like most EU countries has its local version of DMCA that we would likely be sent to us instead.

lmnotran said: Also, the looking glass for RBX is down.

Its back online - can you remove the IP from the post please, we have enough LowEndDDoS on our hands.

@coreflux if there is anything we could improve on for a 5/5 feel free to open a ticket and we can see if we can make it happen.

  • @i83 any idea if/when you'll have more stock on your NAT resource bundles and Varna location?

I have an openvz with 50mb ram, and 2gb disk, for running Nginx+Php+MySQL+OpenVPN+ZNC, with Debian 6, but it's all depends on how we tweak the system :)
