@cassa i have opened support ticket regarding this ...hope they will help
I want experts openion regarding this.... What will be a problem behind server down issue???
Your screenshots don't really give much information.
Something you have running is outputting high disk i/o and it looks like possibly a chunk of bandwidth too. You will want to look at what is causing these numbers.
iostat/iotop might give you some information if it is disk io related. Else normal top should tell you what is running.
Server hacked and sending naughty stuff?

Second Seagate drive is failing, remove it from RAID (mark as faulty), then ask to replace it. It's the cause of your errors.
@Spacedust .... yes exactly pointed out... thanks dear... i will talk with my server company... thanks a lot again... i was frustrated due to this error.
How ironic. A Seagate drive.
How can you say that the disk is error? Is it raw_read_error_rate?
Pending sectors
raw_read_error_rate and seek_error_rate are unmonitored on Seagate drives, so ignore them.
The problem is with runtime_bad_block, reported_uncorrect and current pending sector and offline uncorrectable. So lot's of errors. This drive can fail at any minute now.
Just make sure you let them know the correct serial number to replace ;-)
My server end has replaced drive... thanks to @Spacedust and @Firstheberg
