Looking for the cheapest US/DE VPS provider

At the moment I'm using OVH VPS SSD 1:

1 vCore
2.4 GHz
2 GB RAM
10 GB SSD

So I need at least the spec above and less cheaper then what I'm paying to OVH $3.49.

that's already insanely cheap for a reputable company like OVH.

does it need to be KVM as well? and why US/DE as opposed to US/EU?

no it doesn't matter if it's KVM. I use services that's allowd only in USA and Germany.

Dont think you will find any better offer as reliable as Hostus. Keep looking though, you never know :P
