Looking for a Dedicated server
Need a dedicated server for around 25-30 Euros with a 1Gbps port, atleast 1TB HDD, 8-16GB of RAM. Gonna need it in our next billing cycle, 21st of March. Just let me know now so I can save it for later.
I would go for a Kimsufi, but already have one and it's only 100Mbps.

Dacentec has a couple of Opterons within your budget and provided specs.

We have a Dual E5420/16GB Ram/1TB HDD/10TB @ GigE for $30/Month in Atlanta. $20/Mo if paid quarterly. Also have 2x500GB HDD + 1x120GB SSD drive configs at the same price.

Dacentec is good. Just make sure you grab one before out of stock.

online.net have a decent range in your price bracket
Dual l5630 16GB 1x1TB 20TB @ 1Gbps 20Gbps DDoS mitigation $32 per month.
Does any of these hosts have DDos Protection?
@key900 -> Yes, psychz.
Delimiter -> No.
Dacentec -> No.
My advice would be to stay with the likes of OVH, etc.
Has anyone actually tested their DDOS filtering? How does it rank against OVH
It's mediocre at best, there's no chance you can sustain 20Gbps without losing connectivity.
Layer 7 is awful, protection is non existant and their ability to protect against UDP Floods is also questionable.
I had a lousy time with them when signing up, admittedly in their favour they provided me with the second month for free as the support wasn't great for the time that I was a paying customer.
..yet they seem to be one of the most common providers when it comes to budget filtering, so Idk?
Maybe:
Xeon E3 Quad Core
8GB DDR3
500GB SSD
5 IPS
100Mbps Unmetered Bandwith
$49.00
Not in my budget range nor does it have 1Gbps uplink.
Do you plan on getting attacks? What size/type?
What will your actual realistic bandwidth usage be like? (Mbps and TBs)
