Looking for a VPS in Chennai, India

I am looking for a vps in Chennai, India - preferably from a softlayer/netmagic reseller.
(Leapswitch Pune is not an option)

Spec:
1 core CPU (Intel Xeon v2/v3 servers are preferred)
20 GB SSD storage
1 GB RAM
100GB Bandwidth
100 mbps port (1gbps port is better)
1 x IPv4
1 x IPv6

Budget: 10$/month

Please guide me if you are aware of any provider.

    You can try xinix.in , cloudrino.net and leapswitch.com , however i doubt they would be that cheap.

    bandwidth is very costly in india.

    Thanks for your comments. It looks like Amazon EC2 (nano or micro instance) and Microsoft Azure in Chennai are possible options later this year at the price range of 10$ to 15$. Until that time, I can utilise my personal server.

    Any specific reason for Chennai? Via Tata it is less than 10ms from Pune.

  • @leapswitch Routes from 2 of my locations from down south to Chennai are the best. ABTInfo.net is the second option (for easy colocation). Leapswitch Pune is the third best option for me. But your infrastructure is very good.

    Digitalocean is based out of bangalore and they use reliance and airtel as upstream providers and both are bad.
