  • Hahaha WTF, I don't know whether I should I cry or laugh, this is 2016 not 1996..
    Such a hilarious comment LOL.

    Monthly = /M, Yearly = /Y
Megabytes will always be MB, just like GB and TB

    Our standard bandwidth overage rates:
    $2/M for 50GB
    $5/M for 500GB
    $10/M for 1TB

This is the highest overage rate I have ever seen in my life.

50GB overage and I'll be billed $100,000. 1TB overage and it's $10,000,000. Nice way to rob money!

Whatever you think, it's unclear to me. I don't know if there's a law or something in your native English speaking countries to determine /M always means per month. To me, as a foreigner, I would like to see "per month" in a legal document to remove any unclarities.

Besides, I've seen so many cases where megabytes or megabits are abbreviated as M, especially in this case where it reads bandwidth overage rates $x/M.

It's a bug with WHMCS apparently - first time it's happened. I'll look into it further but in the meantime we've rebooted our web-server and it should now be working

I'll update that for you soon.

A lot of the IP addresses on KVM for Seattle are still broken. Since it was the weekend, the datacenter could not assist us. They are working on this today. I apologize for the wait.

  • @virmach, any update on the IP? my order is still in pending status.

Datacenter confirmed issue with the IP blocks and they're replacing them - that's the last response we received. When it's fully resolved, your order will be approved immediately. I assume they'll reply/resolve it soon since it's about to be business hours here in the US.

  • VirMachVirMach Member, Patron Provider

We've received new IP blocks from the datacenter and will approve orders this morning after testing as well as possibly increase stock on some plans.

We're out of stock in Seattle for OpenVZ and have very limited quality left in KVM. For a limited time, we've extended these prices (OpenVZ) for Los Angeles and Buffalo locations. These are limited stock as well and the offer will expire soon.

We're also leaving KVM Seattle in stock for a little while longer, since our new location offer for today has been delayed.

Where is this 'new location' exactly?

It's no longer a waitlist. I've correct this - the order should be approved immediately. However right now we have some issue with our anti-fraud that we're fixing, that's flagging people's orders. Should be resolved within a few hours.

billionaire said: Where is this 'new location' exactly?

We're waiting on two locations right now because they've been delayed. I'm not sure which will be featured in our next offer as of now.

  • I got one of their 2.50 per quarter OVZ plans and so far it's been awesome.
