Wordpress MultiSite and PHP-FPM

I am using Plesk 12. I try to run Wordpress MultiSite on it. I will receive file not found error when it is a subsite in a sub directory mode. If I switch to FastCGI in PHP setting it will work but not FPM mode.
Any solutions?

No, FPM+ Apache. I turn of NGINX because .htaccess

Isn't PHP-FPM much faster than Fastcgi?

but it's difficult to implemented in panel
