    The second KVM 2048 is out of limits.

    Also, how is the RAID setup?

    RAID-0, RAID-5/etc?

    $1.20/IP is not so cheap...
    You could call it cheap if it was like $0.50 or even $0.75 but not $1.20

    It's LA. APNIC IPs tho but are announced in LA

    As I said, These are APNIC IPs announced in LA. Try running a traceroute.

    You might want to reconsider this as LEB has folks asking for this type of mailing but FraudRecord shows they go from provider to provider with "their newsletters". Spamhaus is super aggressive these days...
