Kimsufi Internal DDoS

in General
Some guy is sending constant UDP flood on port 22 to my Kimsufi server. He is using his own Kimsufi server for that, so I guess OVH DDoS filtering cannot block it.
I've already created a ticket and sent a report to abuse with tcpdump logs, but obviously it is OVH so they are slow to respond. And this is going on for like 24 hours already.
Are there any other options to stop it?
BTW the guy's IP is 37.187.16.44

Either the above or the firewall option from the OVH manager. Not sure if these Kimsufi plans are restricted from that feature however.
Well it does not stop packets from arriving onto my server's ethernet interface
Kimsufis don't have OVH firewall.
@doughmanes
Packets still reach L7 which means the physical connection is still congested = packetloss, or do I miss something?
